Counselling
Trevor offers individual counselling for a wide range of common problems such as managing stress and anxiety/panic, low mood and depression and trauma and abuse. He aims to provide space, understanding and strategies to find positive ways forward with these common life problems. Approaches include psychodynamic, solution-focussed counselling, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
Gail also offers individual counselling, called systemic psychotherapy, which is specifically about relationship issues. This type of counselling can help individuals struggling with couple, family, friendship or workplace relationships. The therapy can be useful in looking at previous ‘unhelpful’ relationship patterns, and then exploring how more satisfying connections might be made in the future.
